How do I prep my art?Art for your custom merchandise will need to be vectorized and possibly even color separated. If you're unsure how to do this, please reach out to our team at sales@virtuescreenprinting.com.

What do I need to get started?We'll be asking you about your design and how it need to be prepped. Think of these questions as you design your merch: What colors do I want for my custom merch? Will the finished piece be a custom hat, a tee, or something else? Is my art already vectored? What fabrics do I want?

What is the ordering process like?Ordering is really easy. First, we discuss your needs and work together to come up with a fantastic project outline. Then, you place your order deposit. This ensures your spot in our queue and jumpstarts your idea into the production phase. From there your product is made and packaged accordingly, and when it's time to ship your balance will become due. Our communication is superb, so you'll receive an update every step of the way.

What is the turnaround time?Turnaround depends on what your product is. Full custom hats typically take 45 days from the date of order deposit, while custom screen printed apparel only takes a couple weeks. Holidays and factory closures affect this time, of course, so please be sure to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help you get the ball rolling!
