Ordering is really easy.
First, we discuss your needs and work together to come up with a fantastic project outline.
Then, you place your order deposit. This ensures your spot in our queue and jumpstarts your idea into the production phase.
From there your product is made and packaged accordingly, and when it's time to ship your balance will become due.
Our communication is superb, so you'll receive an update every step of the way.
Turnaround depends on what your product is. Full custom hats typically take 45 days from the date of order deposit, while custom screen printed apparel only takes a couple weeks. Holidays and factory closures affect this time, of course, so please be sure to reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help you get the ball rolling!
